GxP Warehouse Technician (Pharma)
The Company
Our client provides specialist supply chain services across transport, refrigeration, storage and value-added logistics, with a strong focus on service reliability, safety and cost efficiency.
The Role
A hands-on warehouse position within a 'Best Practice' environment, handling life sciences materials to strict quality and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
Maintain product safety, quality and legality in line with GDP and QMS procedures
Carry out inbound and outbound visual inspections of product packaging for damage, tampering or contamination
Complete all documentation to ALCOA standards (Accurate, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Attributable)
Receipt, label and put away goods using WMS; manage stock movements and inventory reporting
Ensure correct storage, segregation and quarantine of all materials at all times
Stop, download and upload temperature monitoring data as required
Generate pick and pack lists; assemble and wrap orders to specification
Keep client training plans and SOPs current
Requirements
Sound knowledge of Good Documentation Practice
Familiarity with SAP and/or Index WMS
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process
Good written and verbal English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Third-level qualification is a bonus
