Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics operation. The successful candidate will support the full warehouse process, including goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, stock replenishment and dispatch.
This is a fast-paced role requiring good attention to detail, strong teamwork and a commitment to health and safety. This is a Day Shift role with great long term security for the right person.
Reach & PPT Licenses essential for this role. VNA preferred but training provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trailers and delivery vehicles safely and accurately
Check incoming and outgoing goods against manifests
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Put stock away correctly and replenish picking locations
Carry out stock checks and support stocktaking activities
Use warehouse scanning systems and WMS accurately
Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods to the supervisor
Complete relevant warehouse paperwork accurately
Operate Material Handling Equipment safely and responsibly
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Transport teams
Report accidents, incidents, near misses and safety concerns immediately
Support continuous improvement within the warehouse operation
Requirements
Minimum 1 year’s warehouse experience
Reach Forklift Licence – essential
PPT Forklift Licence – essential
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic computer/WMS experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to health and safety

The successful candidate will be reliable, organised and safety-conscious, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be comfortable working to deadlines, following warehouse procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who takes initiative, solves day-to-day warehouse issues effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues across the wider operation. Previous logistics or distribution experience would be an advantage.
Licence/Certification:
VNA Forklift License (preferred)
Manual Handling Certificate (required)
Do you hold a current Reach Forklift License (required)
Do you hold a current PPT Forklift License (required)
